Thank you, thank you for your support, thank you for supporting this art form, and I look forward to sharing many more tales with you. So, cup of tea in hand and a couple of biggies, as well as, the narrator of this piece actually narrated her own piece to invest the time into not only creating the piece pen on paper, but also giving it an opportunity and bringing it to life with their own voice. So I present to you the next piece, called A Letter to my Younger Self, written by Helen.

Speaker 2:

Lambert. A Letter to my Younger Self, written by Helen Lambert. A Letter to my Younger Self. Dear one, it's been a while, and apologies for the time lapse. I've come to share a secret with you, which is that worry appears either side of the now. I know it sounds cryptic, but stay with me.

Speaker 2:

The time sequence ensures that there is only now, only today. Now, of course, it's your choice to preserve energy to live today or spend it looking into old, dusty boxes of yesterday. They are but memories now, are they not? Please allow my wiser years to advise that you allow them to settle and let them be packed and stored in the recesses of your mind. Make peace with them. Hold them one more time and say goodbye, or they will continue to call you back in the past to whisper open me, and I know.

Speaker 2:

Now you have much more important work to do, like living in the, the now. Dream of the future by all means, but no need to feel anxious for the moments that haven't arrived yet. They may arrive or may not, for faith is knowing, and if those moments are meant to be, they will be, and just between you and me, you will have a glorious life. So don't worry so much, you will have a glorious life. So don't worry so much. Trust in your dream, your intention, and send it out knowing it will come to be.

Speaker 2:

I've come to help you shake off the dust and breathe into today. Relish in her newness. Can you feel her dewy softness, calling you? She wants to play and stretch and sing. This day was created just for you. One more day has been gifted and graced to you, dear one, to surf again. Oh, and have I told you lately that you are magnificent? So remember that you are. You're safe and free, for you are embodied light and infinite love, and you are meant to shine. You're shining so bright it's dazzling. So until next time, let's promise to stay present and serve the rolling waves of life. Okay, thank you.
